Madagascar wild pepper is known for its slightly sweet flavor and truly unique aroma. As its name says, this pepper is wild, grows in the forest, difficult to harvest and a fairly rare spice. It’s smaller and less pungent than other black peppers. It’s ideal for desserts such as chocolate, strawberries, macaroons and goes well with seafood and red meats. However, it should not be cooked for too long otherwise it will become bitter.
