RAVINTSARA ESSENTIAL OIL

CINNAMOMUM CAMPHORA

Ravintsara is a camphor tree native to China but has become acclimatized on the island of Madagascar. However, its oil does not contain camphor. Its name means “good plant” in Malagasy because it offers many medicinal virtues. Please note that it should not be confused with ravensare, which has very different properties.

Useful associations:

It can be used in combination with helichrysum, geranium, niaouli, eucalyptus globulus, ylang-ylang, lemongrass, eucalyptus citriodora, cloves, and mandravasarotra (saro).
